My toilet was clogged. Two gentlemen come over and their first few attempts to unclog it was unsuccessful. However they were very thorough and determined to get the job completed. They not only unclogged the toilet but told me the cause was because my septic tank was full and advised me to get it pumped out. They even gave me a few names of companies that could get it pumped out for me. I took their advice to heart and had the tank pumped and it was indeed full. Nature ran its course on two exterior hose bibs with the freezing temps we had this winter and I discovered them when I connected my water hose. Not being from this area and having a plumbing issue i had to rely on the reviews i found online. they did not disappoint. I had an issue with a clogged toilet. I called Saturday morning and not being an immediate emergency was scheduled for 1st thing Monday morning. After contacting several plumbing companies, I chose Lutz. We were building an addition to my house. The gas line had to be relocated on a temporary basis while the addition was being built, then properly installed upon completion of the addition. They fixed a leaky facet in a hundred year old house without tearing up the walls which is what previous plumbers told us would have to happen and also fixed a clogged sink another plumber told us was also unfixable without tearing up the walls to get to the pipes. He didn’t leave a mess and cleaned up the gunk that came out of the clogged sink instead of leaving it there like past plumbers have done. Very respectful and super kind, and on top of that, about $100 cheaper than the other guy. Lutz will always have our business! ❤️
